What happens when I run out of credits?
You can no longer run searches or reveal contacts until you buy another package. Unused credits from your current package stay valid until it expires.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits stay on your account for as long as your package is valid — 6 months from purchase for paid plans, 1 month for Starter. They do not renew automatically.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each package is a one-time purchase — there is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a free Starter package with full feature access at a small volume, valid for 1 month.
